A long-neck soprano combines the compact soprano body with a longer scale neck, giving more fretting room without moving to a concert-sized body. The model name must state that configuration: a normal soprano is not the same instrument. The five current US listings below span traditional Hawaiian koa, solid-top Kala models, a pineapple body, and a small-builder cocobolo instrument. Compare scale, body shape, wood construction, case inclusion, and setup before ordering. A longer neck changes left-hand room and intonation feel; it does not automatically make a uke a low-G instrument. Ask the dealer about the supplied setup before selecting strings.
