Wattage range and coil resistance

Pico-series mods top out at different wattages depending on generation, older Pico and Pico 25 models are limited to roughly 75-100W, while later variants in the line push higher. Whatever the ceiling, a tank should be chosen with coils whose recommended wattage range sits comfortably within what the mod can deliver. A sub-ohm tank built around very low-resistance coils meant for a 200W+ device will be starved of power on a lower-wattage Pico and may not perform as the coil manufacturer intended; a tank built around higher-resistance coils in the 0.5-1.2 ohm range generally pairs better with the lower end of the wattage spectrum.

Airflow and juice consumption

Sub-ohm tanks with wide-open airflow are built for direct-lung use and high vapor production, which also means faster e-liquid consumption and, on a lower-wattage device, a less saturated draw than the tank was designed to deliver. A tank with adjustable, restrictable airflow gives more flexibility to match the draw style to what a Pico-class mod can actually push.

Vaping products are age-restricted and regulated differently across countries and, in some places, across states or provinces; rules on nicotine strength, flavored e-liquid, and device sales vary and change.
